New Client Experience

$80

This is your initial visit. You will be asked to fill out the intake form consisting of questions all about you; your health goals, stress level, hobbies and habits. I allot 10 minutes of the session time toward this, if you feel like you might want more time, feel free to arrive early.

The first half of this session will consist of us talking through your medical history, pain complaints and what you would like to achieve in your studio sessions. Followed by an

in-depth evaluation where we will discuss any muscle imbalances; 

what is tight, weak or disconnected, where you carry tension, stress or trauma in your body, what joints are being affected, the role this plays in your nervous system and how it can impact your overall state of health. 

Then I will talk you through your initial treatment, why we do what we do and what steps are next to having you feel like your best self.

A 30 minute session.

Each session will include any combination of: myofasical release, trigger point therapy, manual manipulation, cupping, blading, electric stimulation, ultrasound, assisted stretching, therapeutic exercise, breath work, activator adjustments, THC/CBD infused body work, nutritional counseling (not weight loss), neuromuscular re-education, taping, somatic experiencing and health coaching. What we do in a session is based on your specific health or wellness needs and goals. Each session will be focused on the same overarching goals but will be different depending on what you are experiencing. 

Total Alignment

$90

A 60 minute session.

Each session will include any combination of: myofasical release, trigger point therapy, manual manipulation, cupping, blading, electric stimulation, ultrasound, assisted stretching, therapeutic exercise, breath work, activator adjustments, THC/CBD infused body work, nutritional counseling (not weight loss), neuromuscular re-education, taping, somatic experiencing and health coaching.
